How to earn Covenant Medals
Each package order confirmed as received, either manually or automatically, earns one Covenant Medal. Each package can generate a medal only once.
Medals can be accumulated
The published notice says Covenant Medals do not currently expire and can be saved for later use. Check the User Center for the latest validity rules.
Redemption Mall tiers
The notice describes one medal for products worth up to CNY 100, two medals for products worth up to CNY 200 and three medals for products worth up to CNY 300, with the pattern continuing for higher tiers.
Refund adjustments
If an order is fully refunded, the system automatically deducts the Covenant Medals previously issued for that order.
